Corn Allergy
These informational posters show the difficulty of finding corn-free food in the typical American household. I borrowed Norman Rockwell's iconic "Freedom from Want", and labeled the corn-based additives you would find in each of the dishes, condiments, and drinks today.
Full Posters I provided two different labeling schemes. The red poster highlights how many additives are in each dish; the blue poster emphasizes how many dishes contain each additive. Since the original image did not contain many side dishes, I used Photoshop to create a more bountiful Thanksgiving meal.
