Shango Glass
I created this identity set for a fictional glassblowing studio named for Shango, an African storm and fire god. I captured the modern, stylish aesthetic of the studio through minimal forms, sans serif type, and the bold oranges of molten glass.
Logo The logo image takes the shape of an S for "Shango". It features a glassblower with a molten glass bubble in the negative space of a flame. The forms are highly stylized to reflect both African art and the studio's sleek, modern design sensibility.
Business Card I repeated the logo's flame shape both as a pattern and as a large graphic element.
